Eskom CEO De Ruyter Goes to Court to Annul R 8 Billion Corrupt BBBEE Tender Approved by Current Board!

Having survived wrongful allegations of racism, Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter has now resorted to legal action against his own board, in his fight to clean up Eskom and rid it of the systemic corruption that has plagued it ever since ANC took over in 1994.

Andre de Ruyter is fighting in court to scrap a massive corrupt tender with a BBBEE company called Econ Oil, a contract which was approved by all seven members of the current Eskom board, including current chairman Malegapuru Makgoba.

The new tender was issued to Econ Oil in October 2019 for the supply of oil to Eskom and De Ruyter only became Eskom CEO in January 2020. However all seven members of the current board, including the chairman, Prof Makgoba, were already board members by then and approved the deal with Econ Oil. The Board members were Malegapuru Makgoba (Chairman), Calib Cassim (Chief Financial Officer), Pulane Molokwane, Banothile Makhubela, Rod Crompton, Busisiwe Mavuso and Tshepo Mongalo.

An innocent young man, Kyle Venter  (20) from Bergvliet in Cape Town, has been shot and killed in cold blood in the black township of Philippi East, however nothing was stolen, so are we to assume it is just because he was a white guy caught alone in a black township, because, let’s be honest, whites risk their lives just going into black townships!

Piet Retief Bail Application Postponed After Video Testimony Dooms the State’s Case Against Farmers!

The bail application of the five farmers, who are charged with the murders of the Koki brothers in Dirkiesdorp, was again postponed in Piet Retief court until Wednesday, because today is a Public holiday. The atmosphere in Piet Retief, was peaceful and calm, which can possibly be attributed to the large presence of the SAPS force and the neighbourhood watch.

Video footage was discussed in court which clearly proved that neither the farmers nor farm workers were carrying firearms or bulletproof vests. A.O. Nhlapo admitted that this is also what he sees on the videos. Farmers Defense Force Wins Court Case Against State and Public Broadcaster’s (AVROTROS) Fake News in Netherlands!

Dutch Establishment Broadcasts Fake News! The Dutch farmers’ action group, Farmers Defense Force (FDF), has won a lawsuit against the State of the Netherlands and AVROTROS, the public broadcaster. The reason for the court case was the broadcast of the TV program “Opsporing Verzocht“, in which the group FDF was associated with arson, without any proof for it. FDF was been wrongly associated with the arson near the RIVM in Bilthoven.

The Public Prosecution Service works with the TV program makers and communicates their investigation reports o them. According to the ruling, the State and AVROTROS must together pay the legal costs, salary costs, interest costs and an amount of €3,425 to the FDF.

Ukraine and Biden Now Talking Openly About Taking Back Crimea, Which Can Only Lead to War with Russia!

Tensions are rising day by day as Ukraine and the United States of America (USA) openly express their desire to take Crimea back into Ukraine. This became clear to the general public following the recent signing of a resolution by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, which referred to “occupied territories”, including the Crimea, which would be part of Ukraine.
