The Yellow Flag programme for schools is an EU cultural initiative for schools funded by the EU Commissions – Asylum , Migration and Integration fund encouraging schools to abandon the promotion of the dominant culture in Ireland in favour of an intercultural identity on the basis that it is a form of racism to want to promote your own culture .
