WE have the legal right to take your tax affairs out of the hands of your employer. You can demand that your employer stops taking taxes from your wages at source. You inform the revenue commissioners of your intent to look after your own taxes. You then simply stop paying income tax and wait for the revenue to threaten you in every way possible. Don’t forget that the ex-head of revenue stated during a Magill Summer School lecture that all taxes are collected by way of VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE. There is no law which demands or requires payment of income tax, only Statutes and Acts which are only given the power of law by your voluntary compliance.
