Tracy Blackwell’s son Josh was mowed down with 4 of his friends by a Pakistani Muslim in a black Audi mounting the pavement and not braking or swerving, murdering 3 of the kids who were on their way to a 16th birthday party.
Thanks to Tracy’s strong will and courage and dedication to her son’s memory, it has subsequently come to light that there is a deliberate program or regime by the establishment politicians, civil authority and mainstream media of burying and hiding anything that will impact negatively on Islam and Muslims! Even court officials who lie under oath to hide the truth!
Exposing a sinister state-backed underhand cover-up and influence network is foreboding enough, yet the real conspiracy is the blind eye turned by the Western establishment, institutions and mainstream media, who all appear fine with subterfuge. Since 2010 many cars, vans and buses have been mounting pavements!
When mainstream media like LBC and BBC reports a protest in Sunderland with a large banner in front saying “Justice for Women and Children”, as a “Refugees Welcome” march, then it is clear the mainstream media is complicit in genocide while the people live in a prison without bars. Antifa is even allowed to do protest rehearsals outside Downing Street. Many in UK do not even know Ireland was forced to vote twice about joining the EU!
Best pals Harry Rice, 17, Josh McGuinness and George Wilkinson, both 16, were knocked down as they walked to a friend’s birthday in Hayes, West London, on January 26 this year and the court claims it was a crime against the state and not against the parents!
The father of the 17-year-old teenager, who was one of three teens killed by Jaynesh Chudasama, an alleged drunk driver, is suing the police, accusing them of a cover up of what he says was either a Muslim terrorist attack or a case of deliberate ‘vehicle jihad,’ the kind of homicidal attacks that have been occurring all over Europe wherever there are Muslims.
The Police did not even search the driver’s home and they did not even investigate the Islamic angle. They claimed that they could not get a section 18, which is an entry and search after arrest, but an Inspector can give that authority within a minute over the phone, that section 18 is used if you steal something, yet they pretended they could not get one on the driver.
Ian Rice, whose son was killed along with another two teenage boys after the Muslim crashed into them, slammed the police for failing to bring justice to the victims and their families. The perpetrator was only given 13 years for “dangerous driving.”
Jaynesh Chudasama, 28, of Hayes in west London, smashed into the teen group – comprising of Harry Rice, a semi-professional footballer, George Wilkinson, 16, an apprentice electrician, and Josh McGuinness, 16, a laborer – as they headed to a party on 26 January.
Rice says Chudasama intended to hit the teenagers and that police were trying to “suppress” the case and “keep it out of the public eye” due to the driver’s background as a Muslim of Pakistani origin – in fact The Sun even claims he was “Indian”.
The father explains that the driver ran 200 meters after the crash and would not have been able to do so had he been “paralytically”drunk.
He pointed out that the incident had been classed as a road traffic accident, despite the crash report from the police stating the driver had “control” of the vehicle.
“Police have lied from the minute this crash happened. And then it’s one lie after the other. We have made a complaint against the police, and we will sue them,” Ian said. “If it isn’t terror related it was definitely a deliberate act, everything points to it…Why are the police being so corrupt and suppressive? “They try to put a smoke screen around it and say ‘all we can say is it might have been the drink’.”
Chudasama was jailed at the Old Bailey after pleading guilty to three counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Rice’s family is now appealing to the attorney general to refer the case to the Appeals Court. “What we would like would be for the Appeal Court to quash the sentence, send him back for retrial on three counts of murder and two attempted murders. That is the right charge for the driver and the passenger.”
Chudasama was sentenced to 13 years for each death, to run concurrently, and disqualified from driving for 13 years and six months.
Tracy Blackwell, Nicola Rice and Sarah Baker, as well as their sons’ friend Lewis White, spoke about their anger and disappointment about the sentence handed down to Chudasama.
Tracy, Josh’s mum, said: “Regarding the sentencing, definitely no justice there, we wanted three consecutive sentences – by not getting that it meant only one child mattered”.
Sarah, George’s mum added: “It’s like two lives didn’t matter.”
Tracy then said: “Even though no amount of time will ever make up for what has happened anything less than life is insulting to us, insulting to our boys, the memory of our boys, and everything else.”
The Defense, Leila Gaskin said her client would be “racked by guilt and remorse” for the rest of his life. She suggested peer pressure on a night out with friends may have influenced his decision to drink and drive.
The judge said the defendant was not remorseful, pointing to the fact that he ran from the scene. She added that Chudasama had failed to explain himself to police when he was arrested.
The judge said the loss of the three boys, who had “different, exciting and admirable plans for the future”, had caused pain, anger and despair.
The school friends’ families described “every parent’s worst nightmare” in tearful statements in court. George’s mother, Sarah Baker, said: “That awful night my son was taken from me will stay with me and haunt me for the rest of my life.”
